The Lincat OE8405 is designed for maximum versatility offering three independent heat zones to ensure your customers meat is cooked to their exact preference. The cast iron grids are segmented this not only produces the branding marks that customers love to see but conducts heat quicker than steel, which will result in a quicker response time to changes in temperature increasing your cooking output.

The controlled flaring produces that chargrill flavour whilst the water bath helps provide humidity keeping the meat tender.
