Description
Manufactured in the UK the Lincat OG8003 is a heavy duty, efficient boiling top. Powerful 7.5kw hob burners with individual controls can provide rapid boiling or gentle simmering. Great for restaurants, takeaways and fast food outlets giving reliability with performance.
The unit has 150mm high legs complying with CE Legislation but stands are available either open or with a door great for storage.
The low level flue allows for the whole hob to be used without restriction, the control knobs are hard wearing and designed to last. The stainless steel construction not only gives the hob a stylish, modern feel but makes it easy to clean and maintain.
The Lincat OG8003 is part of the Opus 800 range that also offers a great choice of gas and electric models including fryers, ovens, griddles, grills, induction hobs and more.
