Fresh fish serve over counters – similar to meat counters they have excellent drainage where food is stored & lower temperature ranges.
Fresh meat serve over counters – lower temperature ranges compared to other units allow the serveover counters to display meat produce at the correct temperature in line with health & safety regulations.
Patisserie serve over counters – these units have a slightly higher temperature range to avoid frost in produce & some units have the ability to control humidity levels.
