Lincat OE8012 4 Hot plate Electric Boiling Top

Description

The Lincat OE8012 is manufactured in the UK and is part of the heavy duty Opus 800 range, fully welded stainless steel construction means great durability. Each hot plate is a powerful 2.6kws and will require hard wiring by a qualified engineer. Every hot plate has a simmerstat control with 6 heat positions to allow for precise heat control and have rapid heat up. Easy to grip control knobs means no messing around either.

With square hot plates the Lincat OE8012 maximises the cooking area available which is further utilised by the fact that Lincat have given the hot plate a low level flue great for the use of those larger pans found in busy commercial kitchens. As a counter top unit you can choose the best place in your kitchen but you can also get a floor stand as an optional extra.
