Not only does the Polar G606 Counter Fridge offer a cut-out saladette area to store all your key ingredients, but also with gastronorm compatible storage underneath you can make your operation more efficient.
The saladette area can hold 2 x 1/1 gastronorms as well as 1 x 1/2 or a combination of smaller pans. This gives you optimal versatility to have plenty of ingredients to hand. Whether you are making sandwiches, or salad bowls.
As well as holding 1/1 gastronorms the refrigerated section underneath also has one adjustable shelf per door section plus a floor protector shelf. Also, with powerful fan-assisted cooling you can be sure of rapid pull-down times even when accessed frequently.
Finally, part of the G-Series range the Polar G606 is designed with everyday use in demanding commercial environments and will work effectively in temperatures of up to 32°C.
