With a 10mm thick mild steel plate as well as 3kW element, the griddle heats up rapidly and distributes the heat evenly. Resulting in consistent results every time.
Finally, part of the Buffalo 600 series the griddle can be suited with other Buffalo 600 appliances for a sleek kitchen look. You can either place the griddle on your countertop or on the Buffalo 600 base cupboard available separately.
