Falcon F900 E9541 Electric Griddle

Description

The E9541 Electric Griddle is perfect for cooking pancakes and eggs to steaks and chicken, ideal for any busy commercial kitchen including bars, restaurants and bistro’s. Available in three model options : Polished Steel, Ribbed Plate and Chrome Plated. This model uses a 4.4kW element, is thermostatically-controlled and has a temperature range of 100-300°C.

The plate itself is surrounded by a grease trough, which along with a removable grease collection area makes the E9541 easy to clean and to keep clean. This unit is also IPX5 rated for ease of cleaning.

The hob is constructed from 2mm 304 grade stainless steel and laser cut with right angled edges to allow the joining of units via the Dynamic Link System (DLS)*.
