As well as giving you an ample 240 litres of capacity the Blizzard BCC2 Prep Counter still gives you plenty of room for your food preparation. With high quality 304 grade stainless steel interior and exterior the prep counter is made to last, not to mention being easy to keep clean thanks to the rounded corners inside the unit.
Each door section comes complete with an adjustable 1/1 gastronorm shelf or you can place your gastronorms straight into the counter allowing for a smoother more efficient operation. Finally with fan-assisted cooling and automatic defrost the prep counter is a great addition for a busy commercial kitchen.
