As well as being able to chill 8kg of food from +70° to +3°C in 90 minutes the Polar CK640 blast chiller can also freeze 5kg of food from +70° to -18° in 240 minutes.
Including being able to hold 2/3 gastronorm containers resulting in the food being moved seamlessly from the blast chiller to your chilled storage. Not to mention the simple digital control and easy to clean stainless steel construction.
Finally, as part of the G-Series range the Polar CK640 is designed with everyday use in demanding commercial environments and will work effectively in temperatures of up to 32°C.
