Description

The Italiforni EK44 Compact Twin Deck Pizza Oven is an economical electric pizza oven capable of cooking up to eight 330mm pizza or holding two 600 x 400mm baking trays, making it a versatile addition to commercial kitchens in cafes, pubs or restaurants and ideal for adding pizza products to an existing menu.

The pizza oven features two independently controlled cooking chambers constructed from aluminium coated steel with a high performance refractory baking floor. Heat is generated by upper and lower stainless steel armoured heating elements delivering a maximum cooking temperature of 450°C. The ovens are lit internally by high resistance halogen lamps and feature counter balanced doors with tempered glass viewing windows. The pizza oven comes with a stainless steel finish, and can be supplied with an optional support stand.
