Description
The Cater-Cook Classico Twin Deck Electric Pizza Oven features specially designed pizza stones that provide homogenous heat distribution of the cooking base. Capable of cooking 6 x 12-inch pizzas per deck (without pans) this high performance pizza oven will sit well in any pizzeria, restaurant, take out and more. With each deck able to reach 455°C you get the authentic stone baked pizzas giving your customers a taste of Italy. Each deck also comes with two independently controlled elements letting you have precision control.
To help our customers keep running costs the decks each have their own on/off switch so during your quieter periods you can operate just one deck.

We recommend the removal of the pizza stones prior to moving the oven into the premises to prevent them getting damaged.
