The Falcon Electric Boiling Top LD1 is part of their Pro-Lite range, designed for use in smaller kitchens where demand is not as high or for extra plates during those busier times in a more demanding kitchen. With six heat positions from gentle simmer to rapid boil you have the control to set a temperature to suit you.
Falcon is renowned for quality and reliability and the LD1 is no exception, supplied on a 13-amp plug this unit is ready to use straight out the box.
