Whether it’s frying, boiling, or simmering the Buffalo CU471 Electric Hob is a great addition to any professional kitchen. As well as powerful elements the hob has a heavy-duty design allowing it to keep up even in demanding environments.
Providing versatile cooking, the Buffalo hob features two 1.5kW and two 2kW ring and as the hob is fully pressed and sealed cleaning is simple. Part of the 600 Series the hob can be suited with other 600 series appliances to give you a tidy seamless cookline. Finally, the Buffalo hob can either be positioned on a countertop or on the 600mm 600 series cupboards (Sold separately).
Buffalo CU471 Electric Hob Features:
- Temperature Range: +90° to +450°C.
- Four hotplates, 2 x 1.5kW and 2 x 2kW. 180mmø
- High limit thermostats are built into the hotplates to prevent overheating.
- Simple to use dial controls.
