Carrying on from the success of the original CiBO oven, the Lincat CiBO+ features a ventless, compact design that takes pride of place on any counter either in the back kitchen or front of house. Designed to cook a wide variety of products, the CiBO+ can toast, grill, cook and reheat all within a matter of seconds. Powering the CiBO+ to achieve this are 3 methods of heat delivery (Tri-Heat) to ensure your products are cooked to perfection time after time. A rear microwave with stirrer provides fast and powerful cooking. For even colour throughout, TurboAir distributes high velocity air throughout the cavity, and for the perfect crispy base the toughened ceramic ContactBase brings even heat into the mix.

Using the CiBO+ is simpler than ever. The panel features a highly responsive and intuitive display known as QPad.

Built into the QPad is the Colour Cue system. A traffic light based readiness display.

Giving you quick and clear information about the cooking process.
