The Buffalo griddle also features easy to use controls, allowing you to control each side independently. This not only allows you to cook multiple types of food at once but also during quiet periods you can use one side, reducing running costs.
Finally, as part of the Buffalo 600 Series the griddle can be suited with other 600 series appliances for a sleek kitchen appearance or alternatively this can be placed on a countertop as a standalone.
