Description
This Buffalo commercial rice cooker is easy to use and capable of producing a huge 23 litres of fluffy rice from just 10 litres of dry rice within 40 minutes*, perfect for even the busiest of restaurants and take outs.
The design makes it very user friendly and will switch from cooking to heating when the cycle is complete reducing waste and preventing overcooked rice. The body and lid are constructed from durable stainless steel, with the inner pot being non-stick making it easy to keep clean.
Able to create up to 92 portions of rice per load** and a non-scratch spatula and rice measure is included with the cooker.
