Not only does the Buffalo FU218 Induction Hob have a durable construction but it is also very efficient. With a stainless-steel body and toughened ceramic glass top the Buffalo features 11 power levels as well as a boost function giving you power when you need it most.
The induction hob is also great for reducing energy bills and boasting of being up to 70% more efficient than traditional gas hobs. Not only will it provide rapid heat up times but also thanks to the induction technology less heat escapes into the kitchen, resulting in a better work environment for your staff.
Finally, the Buffalo Induction Hob can either be used as a countertop appliance or positioned on the 600 series cupboard (sold separately).
