Not only does the Buffalo FC375 Twin Fryer have two powerful independent 2.9kW elements but it also features easy to use temperature dials for accurate control. The powerful elements allow you to cook large volumes of food as well as recovering temperature quickly.
With digital timers and alarms you can be assured of consistent cooking every time. Since each tank is independently controlled you can choose to cook two different menu items at once or even power one side down during quieter periods.
Finally, at the end of the day the Buffalo Twin fryer couldn’t be easier to clean. The taps at the front allow for easy draining of the oil and once refilled the stainless-steel lids can be placed on top to keep the oil clean from contaminants.
