Not only is the Buffalo CU477 Electric Fryer powerful but also reliable. As well as an ample 8 litres per tank, each tank has a 6kW element. This results in crispy chips, chicken, and other fried products. Also, the powerful elements provide quick recovery time which means not only less time between batches but also less oil absorbing into your food leaving it soggy and unappetising.
The twin tank fryer is also easy to clean and maintain, with front-mounted taps to easily drain the oil, the fryer also features simple hinged elements maximising access to the tank.
Finally, as part of the Buffalo 600 series it can be suited with other 600 series appliances to create a sleek kitchen look. The fryer can either be situated on a countertop or on the 600mm base cupboard.
