Offering power, reliability and versatility is the Buffalo DY998 Contact Grill. A great addition to any commercial kitchen set-up. The heavy-duty cast iron flat plates offer you ability to cook a variety of menu items.
The flat plates let you quickly brown meat or fish, or toast paninis. Independently controlled cooking plates allows you the flexibility to cook two separate dishes at once. Cutting down your customers wait time.
Helping you maintain consistency when cooking the top plates are counter-balanced and mounted. This maximises the contact between the food and the cast iron plate. At the end of the day the grill is easy to clean thanks to the removable drip tray.
