Featuring eleven different power levels the Buffalo Induction offers precision cooking whether you are sautéing, boiling, or simmering as well as a boost function for when you need that extra power. With less heat escaping into your kitchen not only will this result in a nice environment to work in but will also reduce the pressure on your extraction system.
Finally, supplied on two 13-amp plugs installation couldn’t be easier just plug, and play.
