With Falcon’s launch of the new F900 range they have already hot the market making a huge impact, especially for it’s induction range which has won the Food service Equipment Journal Energy Efficiency Award for 2016. Over 90% of the energy generated is directed straight into the pan, resulting in extremely fast heat up times and ensuring minimal heat escapes into the kitchen. This reduces the need for energy-hungry air conditioning systems.

The F900 Induction range of Boiling tops and Hobs are equipped with 2mm thick toughened glass, for withstanding everything a busy kitchen can throw at them.
