Electric Oven

The Falcon E9184 boasts four high performance 4kW cast iron hotplates with deep drawn pressed wells in the one piece hob contains spillages and the wide radius corners prevent grease and grime build up and are easy to clean and keep clean. The hotplates are 300mm square and have 6 heat positions. The E9184 also boasts a large 2/1 gastronorm compatible oven features five shelf positions, with two shelves supplied as standard and metal to metal door seal. To ensure heat is retained exactly where is it needed, in the oven chamber.

The unit is IPX5 rated and supplied on adjustable stainless steel feet, with castors available as an optional extra.
