Description
The Falcon Dominator Plus G3845 twin pan gas fryer is the latest addition to Falcon’s Dominator Plus product range. The fryer features two independently controlled pans that each hold 12.8L of oil and deliver a combined output of 34kg of chips per hour due to the rapid heat-up and recovery times.
Each pan can be drained independently as well, this feature is useful during quieter periods where you may only choose to use one pan and then only drain the oil that has been used. A further advantage of the twin pan configuration is the removal of risk of cross-contamination, many kitchens will devote one pan to cooking allergen-free food types such as gluten or lactose-free dishes.
Each pan is powered by an 11.4kW burner and has a temperature range of 140-190°C. The Falcon Dominator Plus G3845 is fitted with a fast-acting safety thermostat that will cut power to the unit if the oil temperature gets too hot. The G3845 is supplied with a lid, fry-plates and is on legs as standard but castors are available as an additional option.
