The Falcon Dominator Plus E3860 has an output of 48kg of chips per hour and an easy to clean design. The E3860 twin basket fryer can easily cope with the busiest periods, offering high volume cooking quantities. This model is supplied with a lid to help protect and prolong the oil, a lid is supplied as standard.
