Falcon’s F900 induction range features the energy efficient I9085 induction boiling top. Boasting 4 x powerful 5kW burners that deliver instant and precise temperature control, enabling the chef to move the pot contents from a gentle simmer to a rolling boil in seconds. With 6mm toughened glass covering the hob it’s a simple clean at the end of service saving you time and money.

The hob is constructed of 2mm thick culinary grade 304 stainless steel, laser cut at right angled edges to allow joining of the units with virtually no gaps. The unit is also IPX5 water resistance certified.

This unit is supplied on stainless steel adjustable feet with options for a fixed or mobile stands available.
