Description

The E9342F2 Twin Basket Twin Filtration builds on the already finely tuned E9342F model by doubling the performance of the filtration system, allowing for fast and more cost effective use of oil, thus extending life span and reducing operating costs. Each pan takes 7.5 Litres of oil during use, which is heated and controlled via thermostatic controllers, within the operating range of 130-190°C, and can be individually emptied if necessary. The unit is supplied with fry plates, drain bucket, filter mesh and baskets and lid as standard.

The hob is constructed from 2mm 304 grade stainless steel and laser cut with right angled edges to allow the joining of units with virtually no gaps via the Dynamic Link System (DLS)* And the whole Falcon F900 E9342F2 Twin Basket Twin Filtration Fryer is IPX5 Rated.
