Description
Falcons E3941F Filtration Fryer improves on the E9341, by including a built-in filtration system which can filter the oil whilst it’s still warm, meaning it can be done during serving times. Ensuring Oil integrity and quality maintained and increasing oil life. The tank holds 20 litres of oil. The temperature is controlled thermostatically and has a range of 130-190°, with a safety thermostat fitted as standard to prevent overheating. A fish plate and 2 baskets are supplied as standard.
This unit is supplied on adjustable stainless steel legs with the option for castors available and comes IPX5 rated. Alike all other F900 models this unit can be suited together allowing virtually seamless edge to edge joining.
