The Buffalo Convection Oven 100Ltr is a powerful and versatile addition to any commercial kitchen. The oven uses a fan circulated heating system for rapid heat up and recovery times and to help keep the oven at an even temperature and deliver consistent cooking results.
The oven features a spacious internal capacity capable of accommodating full size 1/1 gastronorm pans, and the wipe clean stainless steel surfaces and removable chrome plated shelves help make clean up and maintenance quick and easy.
