The commercial Buffalo 10 Tray Dehydrator is great for dehydrating many different types of food including vegetables, fish, meat, and fruit. The circular element inside produces heat and is distributed evenly by the fan.
Slowly and gently warming food the moisture is removed, this can help extend shelf life as well as the creation of unique and interesting textures so whether it is pot pourri or beef jerky this can do it all.
Complete with a digital control panel that is easy to use gives you precise control over the dehydrating process and the transparent hinged door lets you keep your eye on thing.
