Description

The Blue Seal GT46E features their unique Vee Ray technology, incorporating patented infrared burners for industry leading output and recovery, all Blue Seal fryers are available with either mechanical or digital controls. With a wide drain valve (32mm) for easy tank cleaning ensuring no larger bits of debris get stuck or clog the oil. These units are fully modular and easily suite together with other Blue Seal Evolution models.

Available in both Natural Gas and LPG.

The Blue Seal GT46E has digital controls offering precise temperature control, three product times, as well as time and temperature display.

The Blue Seal GT46E comes kitted out with the following features:
