The Blue Seal E514C 2 Element/300mm Griddle Cooktop is part of the Evolution range. It’s sleek design looks good in any commercial kitchen whilst it’s robust build will cope with the demands of a hustling bustling kitchen.

Blue Seal has completely redesigned their range with the Evolution series and the result is a more functional range of equipment that suite up with the 812mm depth giving plenty of work space even in the kitchens tight on space.
