Blizzards range of slimline freezer counters have an eco design meant to enable the saving of energy and hence money. The Blizzard LBC3SL Prep Counter Freezer refrigeration system utilises Zanussi compressors with Dixell controllers; two big names in the industry. All of this means that goods stored will be kept between the temperature range of -18C to -22C.
Working as frozen storage this counter solution will use R404a refrigerant gas, with a 750W power and 4267 kWh/annum consumption. A climate class of 4 means that it will work best in ambient environments of 30C or below and 55% relative humidity.
A stainless steel interior and exterior ensure longevity and a food-safe construction with which to work on and around. The heavy duty castors provide mobility should the 114kg weight counter need manoeuvring and the internal rounded corners make cleaning easy. The doors have a self closing feature and also a dwell position should they need to be kept open.
