Description
Sirman Stromboli Single Deck Electric Pizza Oven is versatile and great for small bars, cafes, restaurant and take away’s, capable of cooking 2 x 9 inch pizzas at once. With a temperature range from 50° to 350°C you can create authentic tasting pizzas every day and the 30 minute timer lets you know when the pizza is ready.
With shock-proof heating elements and stainless steel construction this oven is designed to last. Supplied with a 13amp plug means no complicated installation is required. Open up, plug in and off you go.
If one deck isn’t quite enough the Sirman Stromboli is also available in a twin deck doubling your output.

Please note before using for the first time it is recommended you follow the below:
- Close the oven door and set the temperature on all the elements to approx. 120°c.
- Once the oven reaches 120°c let the oven stay at this temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Open the oven door to allow and moisture to escape (please take care during this step to avoid injury).
- Increase the temperature to 200°c and let the oven stay at this temperature fro 2 hours.
- The oven is now ready for normal use.
