The Cater-Cook 2 burner Natural gas griddle is perfect for commercial kitchens! With 2 independently controlled burners you can adjust the temperature across the ample W580 x D400mm cooking plate to cook a variety of foods at the same time. Fitted with a flame failure device this unit can be used inside and out*. With a rounded edge at the front of the unit grease and fat can easily move into the removable drip tray makes the griddle easy to keep clean. Supplied as Natural Gas with a LPG conversion nozzle as standard.

- Easy peizo ignition.
- Heavy duty stainless steel construction.
- 5mm thick durable cooking plate.
- Rounded cooking plate for easy cleaning – directs the grease into the removable grease tray.
- ½” Inlet connection.
- Flame failure device on each burner.
- Powerful 5.5kW heat input (2.75kW per burner).
- Supplied with conversion nozzle (supplied with Natural Gas nozzle fitted, convertible to LPG gas).
