The Cater-Cook Classico Single Deck Electric Pizza Oven features specially designed pizza stones that provide homogenous heat distribution of the cooking base. Capable of cooking 6 x 12-inch pizzas (without pans) this high performance pizza oven will sit well in any pizzeria, restaurant, take out and more. With the deck able to reach 455°C you get the authentic stone baked pizzas giving your customers a taste of Italy. The deck also comes with two independently controlled elements letting you have precision control.
