Description

The Falcon G94120 gas chargrill has 12 heavy duty, double-sided cast iron brander bars, 5 cast iron radiants and 4 cast iron burners. the radiants deliver controllable, constant heat across the extended cooking area and variable burner control to help reduce energy consumption. The full width cooking surface allows the chef to maximise output , while the cooler rest area keeps food warm if there any delays in service.

The Falcon G94120 features a pressed grease collection tray at the front of the unit, while also containing a removable fat jug and full width debris collection tray. All components can be removed for ease of cleaning and maintenance.

This model is supplied on adjustable legs but can be mounted on a fixed or mobile stand to allow it to suit with other F900 models.
