The Blue Seal G592-B is part of the Evolution range a redesign of Blue Seal equipment evolving it to the next level. Fully modular with the rest of the equipment to make your kitchen flow. With the 812mm depth giving you more space to cook, meeting the demands of the busiest kitchen. The cast iron grates can be used flat or tilted with an ideal edge to give that branded for good looking and tasting food. The burners, radiants and baffle plates are all easy to remove so cleaning and maintaining the Blue Seal G592-B is made simple.

• Reversible grates.
• Baffles over the grease trays to reduce flare ups.
• Heavy duty cast iron grates
• Optional extra 300mm wide and 450mm wide x 550mm deep drop on cast iron griddle sections
• Full pilot and and flame failure per burner
• Removable radiants, burners and grease tray baffles for easy cleaning
