The Blue Seal E580-8 would be a great addition to any high demand commercial kitchen, it can braise, boil, steam, poach, stew, roast and fry. The large 80 litre capacity means it would be right at home within any mass catering environment such as schools or hospitals providing large quantities of food without issue.
With a heavy duty galvanized steel chassis, enamelled pan front cover, full stainless steel pan with 2mm thick pan body and a 12mm thick stainless steel even heat pan base. The Blue Seal E580-8 also has a large capacity pouring spout for easy portioning.
